Appointments

You can make appointments with RelaxRevive in numerous ways, including the use of our website, via Facebook and via Instagram. We have a variety of treatments available with the durations ranging from 30-minutes to 60-minute sessions.

Appointments made online, whether you’re a new client or existing must be paid in full at the point of booking to receive the advertised price. Cancellation conditions apply.

If this is your first treatment with RelaxRevive, you will receive an email to which you will be required to complete a questionnaire, please take time to complete this information as we will not be able to treat you without these details, failure to do so may result in you having to complete the form during your treatment time. Returning clients may be asked to complete an updated form to highlight any changes to conditions or medications.

Confidentiality

RelaxRevive is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and clinical records. We will not disclose, trade, or disseminate any data provided by you without your explicit consent, except where mandated by the law.

Client treatment details will only be shared with the client themselves, unless the client is below 18 years of age or has a designated caregiver.

To ensure that your information remains secure and inaccessible to unauthorized individuals, we employ robust security measures. This safeguards your data against unlawful access, accidental loss, destruction, or damage. We will retain your personal data for a reasonable duration or as necessitated by legal requirements.

Cancellation Policy

At RelaxRevive.co.uk, we understand that plans can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule a reservation or appointment. To ensure a fair and consistent policy, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Period:
- We require 24 hours advance notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Please note that this is for all services and bookings
Cancellation Methods:
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made through email via bookings@relaxrevive.co.uk.
Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellations made within the specified cancellation period may be subject to a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be 50% of the price paid, at the time of booking. The cancellation fee will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
No-Show Policy:
- If you fail to arrive or be present for your appointment or reservation without any prior notice, you may be considered a "no-show." No-shows are subject to a 50% refund.
Refunds:
- Refunds for cancelled bookings or services will be issued according to our refund policy. Refunds may take 7 workings days to process and will be returned using the same method as the original payment.
Exceptional Circumstances:
- We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. In cases of genuine emergencies or unforeseeable events, we may waive the cancellation fee. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have a valid reason for cancellation.
Changes to the Policy:
- We reserve the right to modify this cancellation policy at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated on our website, at the time of booking, or through other relevant means.
