Cancellation Policy

No-Show: Failure to show or be present without prior notice will result in a 50% fee, from the point of booking. Refunds: Refunds will follow our refund policy and may take 7 workings days to process. Exceptional Circumstances: Contact us in emergencies or unforeseen events for possible fee waivers.
